Executive Technical Marketing

Duties Include

A. Provide technical support to clients and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to accounts, workshops, conventions and product evaluation trials .

B. Set and achieve territorial sales objectives for assigned territory, by making frequent visits and strengthening customer relation.

C. Keep abreast of trends in the industry, changing market conditions and make appropriate recommendations regarding new products or enhancements, sales strategies and follow up report leads generated in a timely manner.

D. Analyse and segment various global markets to determine compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, most desirable product attributes and trade-offs, pricing and sales forecasts

 

Requirement

MSc or, BTech in Biotechnology, Chemical Engg, Enzymology, Applied Biochemistry, with minimum 5 years experience in Technical Sales. MTech Biotechnology, Chemical Engg, Pharma with minimum 2 years experience Technical Sales. MBA an added advantage. Candidate with strong sales training, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-driven, ability to work independently, devise & implement solutions to problems & make decisions on one's own initiative. Ability to create and implement business plan to achieve territory and business sales goals. Allocates time and resources efficiently, focusing on ever-shifting priorities; continually seeks way to improve individual/team productivity. Requires travel within the assigned territory up to 60%. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and capability to make presentations in diverse geographic environment
